This study aims to analyze antennas' characteristics at a frequency of 2.2 GHz, including the value return loss, VSWR, gain, bandwidth, surface current, and radiation pattern. The antenna have been designed using simulations made with FR-4 substrates dielectric constant ε_r= 4.3 substrate thickness (h) = 1.6 mm copper patches patch 0.035 mm. Single antennas are first get desired parameters, then continue make 1x2 1x4 arrays. feeding array is arranged Wilkinson power divider technique on side patch. Antenna planning increase gain as well directivity value. From simulation results, successive values were obtained starting from single antenna, array, which included loss -22 dB, 25.9 -15.3 dB. Swr 1.1,1.1,1,1.4 each. 3.38 5.52 7.84 respectively. bandwidth by 100 MHz, 400 200MHz. angular width 99.40, 92.20, 80.20.
